Payment:

Payment must be in British Pounds Sterling. Cheques must be drawn on a U.K. bank account. Purchase Orders are accepted or cheque payment with all orders. Pro-Forma invoices available for overseas orders.

Mainland UK postage and packing:

Prices listed do not include postage and packing charges. The following charges apply:
For orders up to £200 add 10%
For orders over £200 add £20 (£20 maximum P&P fee per order)

Overseas:

Prices provided upon request-please contact us for a quote on preferred shipped method (air vs. surface). Relevant charges will be added to order.

Despatch:

Please allow two weeks from the date of order for delivery.

Out of stock:

Items temporarily out of stock will be dispatched upon receipt from suppliers.

Refunds:

In the event of damage or discrepancy of goods received, retain all packaging and contact us within 14 days of receipt. Claims cannot be pursued without original packaging. Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition and returned with a copy of the Delivery Note or Invoice. A re-stocking charge of 10% will be deducted from credit note or refund.
